  • Leak Showen up in lounge

    We are painting the rooms in the house. I noticed in the lounge that there was a mark on the ceiling. Investigating in the loft,I found that the felt was dripping. I rang Andy he came out and said the tiles were not right up to the chimney and there should have been cut put in. He came on Thursday, to do the job, but once he got up there he found the lead was not right, and would have to be replaced. It was then a choice of replacing the lead , or removing the chemney, the cost about the same, We decided to lose the chimney . He made a phone call to his son and they did the job on Saturday.

    Tony always seems to turn up on the dot. He is very pleasant and gets on with the job. He explains the problem and what is going to do to solve it. He was quickly back with some more lead and silicone. It amazes me how he gets on and does the job. He is very neat and clears up well.

    Sunday sent Tony a request for a quote, on checkatrade soon got a reply. Rang on Monday. He said he could make 13.30 hrs . He turned up on time . I explained the problem to him and he had a look up roof, He soon identified the cause. The repair was quickly caried out. He made no mess and was very polite. I would highly recommend him, will certainly use him again if the need arises.
