• Repair of flat roofs

  Sam and his team did a good job replacing a lower flat roof and a flat roof above a dormer, they replaced rotten joists and added new flashing to the side of the dormer. All work carried out to a high standard in the specified timescale. They were tidy and courteous and I would definitely recommend them.

  Sam was recommended by someone who used his services regularly and I have never been disappointed in his work. He is knowledgeable, highly experienced, competent, well organised and reliable. He is easy to work with. Explains problems and proposed solutions, provides before and after photos on his mobile for otherwise out of sight areas. He has undertaken several projects for me, included liaising with a solar panel company to remove an old panel and repair the damaged area beneath. Removing a chimney, replacing asbestos on a garage roof with felting and repairing the valley in my roof.

  Sam and his workers are seriously good. As they were sorting out recent substandard roof work by unrelated workers, it is easy to see how they work to a very high standard. My roof looks good and I feel very confident roof problem is secure and water tight now. The guys were reassuringly good to have around working, they were efficient, promptand always pleasant, courteous and very tidy. My gratitude to Sam and his working crew means I can and will recommend them do work on any home or building with confidence. Thank you Sam.
