    Engineer attended within 48 hours of being appointed by Beko. Fault promptly diagnosed as being controller situated within fridge door, so replacement door required. The lady within the office (who asked not to be named) ordered the part the same day. She chased this order with Beko on a weekly basis and kept me informed by phone. Eventually, after several weeks Beko stated part not available. Following a nightmare trying to deal with Beko myself (the worst customer service dept ever), this lady contacted them on my behalf and arranged everything. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

    Tom fixed and replaced a very noisy oven fan, that a previous company failed to do in 3 visits and many calls without successs. He came promptly, listened to me explaining the issue, then got to work and sorted it when an hour. Very pleased now, and oven a lot quieter at last
