    My mums washing me stopped working so I went on Check a Trade. Paul contacted me and arranged to go and see my mum the next day, he advised what would happen if it could not be repaired or needed a new part therefore I knew what to expect. He said he would contact me once he had been to see my mum. The following day Paul did go and see my mum’s washing machine and was able to rectify the problem. Paul was very efficient, professional and a nice man, we would definitely use him again.

    Contacted to arrange a visit to inspect a faulty washing machine. Was told they'd call when on their way. Tenant waited at home all day but nobody showed up or called. Since then had no response to calls, voicemails and email. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.
