  Excellent workmanship. Very good communication, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Worked in all weathers, efficiently and without fuss. Restored our faith in the building trade! We are delighted with the result, and they were a pleasure to have on site.

  Abode created new patios and excellent curved brick walling to retain the different levels of our garden. The care taken to create perfect curves, incorporating 3 sets of steps was second to none. The finished work could not have been bettered in any way. The area looks stunning. An extremely professional team creating an extremely professional look. I can not recommend them highly enough.

• Total house refurbishment

  I can not recommend 'Abode' highly enough. They had a mammoth job to do, made especially difficult as it was during COVID and over the winter. The team were totally professional during the 8 months of the build with very high quality work carried out with good humour and a smile. We had to live in the property for part of the build which made their job much harder. They were consistently considerate. They did not let us down once, on any aspect of the work, and went out of their way to be helpful. If we were ever to do another project I would be delighted to work with them again.

• Double Garage and Ground Floor Extension.

  We are extremely pleased with works recently undertaken by Abode Builders. The job involved construction of a new double garage incorporated in to the existing house structure, along with a ground floor extension and porch. The quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail and thought that has gone in to our project at each stage is second to none. We lived in our house during the build with our young family. The whole process was made easier by the fact that the Abode team are dependable, courteous and very tidy!

  Jamie and his team completed an excellent job from start to finish. Everything was done within the agreed timescales, with someone always on site. The site was also kept very tidy. We're pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend him.

  Jamie and his team of builders have done the most fantastic job on my house extension. Such a friendly, polite, extremely hardworking and tidy team. The ground works and foundations were done on time and very efficiently and neatly, I would not hesitate to recommend him.
