    John was fantastic from start to finish in fitting a new lock for me. Having just moved into a new property and being daunted by all the jobs that need doing, I had a great experience with John.     John was reliable, quick, fair priced and honest great qualities when you are locked out of your home! My daughter locked herself out of her flat and a previous locksmith that I had called, tried to double his price moments before arriving, even though we had already waited 2 hours and been given a firm price for the job. I called John and he attended my daughter house within 15 mins and did exactly what he said he would do and charged exactly what he had quoted. I'm a very happy customer and my daughter is now safe and warm in her home
