• Water leak investigation.

  A very careful assessment of the problem, acoustic and tracker gas leak detection. The problem was identified asa crack under the grass between the front fence and pavement. The site was excavated down to the pipe and replaced leak section of 3/4 pipe. The soil and grass were replaced, one will be hard puttisee were the work was done; very tidy. I can’t recommend this plumber high enough.

• Burst outdoor water pipe

  Water was coming up through our garden path and flooding our garden and the road. Dean was with us within an hour of the call, he quickly identified the source of the leak as a burst thames water pipe in the road. The water was coming up into our garden via tree roots. He redirected the water to save our garden then advised calling Thames water to come and fix. So efficient and professional. Thank you.

• Wish I had found Above and Below years ago

  I chose Dean following positive checkatrade reviews. I could not fault Dean's work, his attention to detail, his tidiness and professionalism. He found a leak under our kitchen floor using leak detecting apparatus and as we had underfloor heating, he recommended it would be best to lay a new pipe to avoid costly and complicated in situ repairs. He then carried out laying a new water pipe around the outside of our property under new patios, large trees and sewers using a mole. The work was completed on time, on budget and the site left immaculate. A thoroughly done job and a friendly person.

• Change bath plug mechanism and check dishwasher for leak

  Dean came out on a Saturday for us and arrived on time. He checked out the dishwasher, which wasn't leaking after all. He then changed the bath plug mechanism, which had been leaking under the bath. He did a great job, really tidy, and the fee was very reasonable. We were extremely happy with his work and will use him again.
