    I contacted Lee for a quote to empty a let property which I was selling. Although I could not confirm the date the property would be empty and Lee could not visit whilst tenants were in, he reassured me he would be able to do the job at short notice if necessary. In the event there was only one day between tenants moving out and house purchasers moving in. Lee obligingly collected the keys from the estate agents, contacted me from the property with a final price and then proceeded with the job. Throughout, Lee has been very friendly and informative and his price was very reasonable.

We are a family run business for 12 years and based in reading we are willing to travel 40 miles radius of reading 

We do all types of clearances and can remove all items from:

  • Flats
  • Residential Property
  • Garages
  • Gardens.

Even if you only have 2 or 3 items we can dispose of this.

We consider ourselves very prompt and offer a reliable service.
