    Came over and quickly agreed on a price. Work was to start in three weeks but got bumped up and they'd wrapped up the floor in three days. Sent over some reference pictures of the flooring we were looking for and they were able to match it. They also repaired a wooden cellar door which was on the knackered side and the floor looks good as new.

    Thanks Rod and his team for the excellent work. Rod helped me to update the wooden floor and paint the walls. The flooring was updated impeccably. Excellent details of work. Rod has high level of professionalism. He worked over the weekend (both Sat and Sun) to deliver the job on time - which I really appreciated the hard work! I would look for Rod again if I have to renovate my place.

    The guys were polite, tidy, knowledgeable and did a great job. They arrived on time, helped move the last couple of bits of furniture out of the way, covered up the TV with protective covering and got on with things. Rod's advice was also very helpful w.R.T. Primers and finishers etc. Overall, I'd definitely recommend.

    I got Academy flooring to restore the original pine floorboards in my Victorian terraced house. Rod was very friendly and helpful. He found some structural issues that needed to be addressed so I know my floor is secure now! The guys did an amazing job sanding and refinishing and it looks brilliant.

My name is Rod Johnson and I'm the owner of Academy Flooring Services, Thanks for looking at our page, I have three excellent teams trained and qualified to undertake your requirements. 

 

I have over 23 years of experience in the Flooring industry and specialise in all types of wood floor restoration from Reclaimed floorboards to parquet flooring.   

I deal with all types of wood floor colouring which ranges from bespoke dyeing to coloured oiling using a multitude of different methods and techniques to acheive the optimum finish at an affordable cost.

 

We can also provide Damp proof membranes, Latex screeding, structural work including joist repairs and replacement. We also supply and fit skirting, beading and concrete fireplace hearth removal.

We also offer competative rates for reclaimed pine floorboards supplied and fitted if required.
