• Drop Kerb Extension

  I contacted Craig asking if he could quote for a drop kerb extension. To my surprise he visited while I was out and sent a quote via email. It was very reasonably priced detailing the work he was going to undertake. I asked if he could also price up renewing the tarmac footway on my existing drop kerb so it would all match. Again he promptly sent the quote via email and the quote was less than I was expecting. I only had to wait a week or so and Craig rang me to say when he could fit me in. I was at work on the day but he came and did a superb job. I would definitely recommend this company.

  Ace Line Paving (Craig & Dave) carried out the removal of the existing grass verge, the fitting of the new drop kerb and all that is entailed in making good including excellent tarmacing and all done without any fuss or mess and in a cheery, helpful manner.

  Ace Line installed a drop kerb installation across our garden. The quote and agreed work was to remove the remainder of the wall and replace edgings and install tarmac. Ace Line carried out the work to their requirements not ours, we complained whilst work was underway that we were not happy and they advised the work had to be done that way to comply with Hampshire Highways specifications and they carried on regardless and failed to remove the whole wall. Highways have confirmed it did not need to be installed that way and despite many complaints they have refused to rectify the problem.

  Really can't fault anything from start to finish - Craig was prompt to quote, clear with the options and excellent at communicating throughout. Craig and Dave turned up on time, worked hard and delivered the project as promised, not only working around things that arose (understandably) as work progressed, but keeping us informed right through the job. Both were considerate with neighbours and access, and we have no problems whatsoever with their tidiness. We are extremely happy with the work, and have asked them back to quote for more work for us!

  Craig from Ace Line Paving gave us a competitive quote for the drop kerb extension. The job was completed within 3 weeks of receiving the quote. Craig is a very amiable character, courteous and respectful who explained the whole process from start to finish and made some recommendations. The job was completed efficiently in the morning and equipment cleared by lunchtime.They did a very professional and quality job in awful weather conditions even matching the join in the new tarmac of the pavement. We are very impressed with the job and would thoroughly recommend Craig and colleague for any future work.
