"My electricians were actually not late to start this job. They arrived at 8:00hrs on the morning of the 10th as arranged and stayed on site to complete the job as estimated and agreed leaving everything fully functioning. The customers score on timekeeping was actually reffering to me calling the following day to survey the quality and standard of the works and collect payment as arranged. Trying to get out of the office on time is not always easy as incoming calls have to be answered and dealt with. I did call prior to our appointment to let the customer know that I was running late due to those circumstances."

I telephoned this firm because my electricity had gone off & I could not get anyone to come to fix it. The gentleman I spoke to calmly talked me through fixing it myself as it was quite a simple job. He did not charge me anything. I would Recommend them.
