9.5Verified ReviewI had a boiler installed in my holiday home by Piotr. Unfortunately on the third day (Saturday), it stopped working and I was advised that they could not send anyone until Monday HOWEVER it turned out to be a faulty wiring job and not a fault with the boiler or installation at all. Piotr spent time explaining everything to me clearly and reassured me that it would not reoccur. He was very patient and helped calm me down. I would say though that the Alpha Envoke that was installed it quite noisy- not the fault of APH at all, I just wish I had known since it’s installed above main bedroom.

10We had a dripping tap in the kitchen, rang Advanced Plumbing who sent Ivan to fix it. He was the nicest young man you could wish to meet. Courteous, polite and friendly, chatty such a pleasure to meet him. Good luck to him in all be does.

The work was arranged at very short notice (due to being badly let down by a different contractor) and at a time convenient to me. The engineer was brilliant, very polite and helpful, kept me informed of their arrival time, what they required from me and explained what needed doing and why. I was so pleased with their service, professionalism, value for money and can-do attitude that I have asked them to undertake the annual safety checks going forward.
