• Lead flashing repair

  On New Year Day after the awful weather we noticed a leak from the ceiling of the bedroom below our garage. Discovering it was due to the flashing coming away on the roof we contacted Gary. In 2018 we had work done on our main roof by Gary and were prepared to wait for him if we had to due the professionalism of his work . However there was no need as he came out the next day and thankfully fixed the problem for us. It has rained loads today so we are so grateful. We cannot recommend Gary enough - we have had such bad experiences in the past with other companies.

• Repair of roof / leaking Velux window

  Excellent work carried out today. I always use Advanced Professional Roofing for any roof repairs. Gary is an expert in his field and always does a first-rate job. He examines all of the potential causes of the issues and is extremely thorough when going about the repair. I’ve always found him to be polite and very helpful, and he’s a neat and tidy workman, too. Highly recommended.

• Replacing roof tiles

  Gary was efficient and courteous and was so easy to communicate with as he actually listened. He made me feel at ease because he exuded confidence in his capabilities without the arrogance. As he had to take a very big ladder through the house and out the French doors at the back he carefully assessed the safest and easiest way to do this so as not to cause any damage. What was so special was that he went beyond what we asked and did it all in a timely manner. We are very grateful to him and are planning to have him back to sort out our front gutters.

• Repair to damp ingress on dormer windows

  Gary took great care in firstly assessing what the problem was and then in carrying out the repair to the leadwork around 4 of my dormer windows. He very obviously knows his stuff and is a very friendly and helpful person, even adding in a couple of extra things that needed doing. Gary is a real gentleman, honest and conscientious, a real 'find' on Checkatrade. I would certainly use him again if I needed any further roof work, and I would gladly recommend him to others,

• Complete new apex roof on detached house

  We had a large extension on our house and of all the builders we had, Gary was exceptional. I’ve never known any tradesman be so meticulous about everything, he took great care to measure, then measure again to ensure perfection. Every tile was laid carefully and if a tile had the tiniest chip in, he discarded it. Throughout the job Gary would get down from the roof and walk all round the house to ensure they looked perfect which of course they did. We are absolutely thrilled with his work and often receive compliments from passers by. As a bonus he will sing you a song from the 80’s ??
