    Whilst it wasn’t a lock emergency, Nick was able to come out the next day. He kept me up to date on his arrival time. The lock was sticking and not locking fully. My preference was to keep the original lock due to the hassle of needing keys being cut. I was pleased that Nick was able to save the lock and he also did an MOT on the lock which means it’s working smoother and arguably better than it ever has been! Thanks Nick for your help, it’s much appreciated!

    Contacted Nick on Thursday. Came out the next day as arranged. Arrived on time. Managed to repair lock instead of having to replace the whole thing. Also, fixed another lock that was causing problems. Nothing was too much trouble. Very competitive rates. Will definitely use him again.
