    The old bathroom removal and fitting of new bathroom went according to plan. Alan communicates well, is reliable, professional and works hard. Everything happened as planned.

  • Emergency leak repair

    We had a leak from our 1st floor shower room with water dripping from the ceiling onto to the main fuse box below. We called out Alan, who came as promised the next day. He quickly found and resolved the problem - incorrectly installed shower drain. His charge was very reasonable. We would not hesitate to call on his services again.

    Alan came to quote for supplying and installing a new white bathroom suite to replace a much older coloured one with a damaged basin, as I thought it unlikely that I could get a colour match to replace it. He examined the basin and pointed out that the damage was superficial and could be repaired, which he did, and also put in a new basin waste as I requested, at a tiny fraction of the cost it would have been for a new bathroom suite. I found Alan professional, punctual and polite. He provided an excellent service!

    The job was to install a new toilet, basin, cabinet and flooring in a downstairs loo, including the plumbing and structural fixings. This was done as required, with professionalism and courtesy in carrying out the customer's changing requests. The additional advice given was useful and the job was done on time. Overall, a very good professional service was provided by Alan Smith Plumbing and I would gladly recommend the company.
