  So I had a suspected leak roof and Albany came around on a Saturday morning to work around me. He was extremely polite and looked at the ceiling inside and immediately identified it wasn’t a leak but more about condensation happening between my roof and insulated ceiling boards. He told me how to fix it by putting some vents in and not needing an expensive repair. Thanks again, so impressed to meet someone so honest.
