  Alex was recommended to us by other family members who have used him on other jobs and he did not disappoint. Very clear and transparent on details, pricing etc, he also helped explain and inform various decisions needed on specification choices. Has only been a few days since install but the Solidor doors are of high quality and already seem to have resolved the draft problems we had with our previous doors. Alex and his team also did a great job with the installation - neat, tidy and all three doors done within half a day.

  4th time we’ve used Alex, pretty much replaced every window and doors at the house, excellent workmanship, very clean and tidy with minimal work required to patch up the surrounds, from prompt quotes to the completion of the work, Alex has never let us down. Highly recommended!

  We hired Alex and his team to replace the windows in our house. From the initial inspection Alex was very polite and courteous and provided some great suggestions regarding some of the new window designs. On the day of fitting Alex and his team arrived promptly and fitted all of the windows to a high standard with no hassle or problems, the fitters also worked very efficiently along with thoroughly cleaning each working area when they had finished. • Replacement of Kitchen Window and Back Door

  Alex and his team arrived right on time and worked diligently and expertly to replace an old Crittall window and a tired back door. I took some time choosing the company to do the work and I found Alex's expertise and confidence reassuring.   I chose Alex Dobson to do the work after seeing quite a few other people. He was the most experienced and knowledgeable and his confidence in the removal and replacement of my large Crittall window was refreshing and reassuring. The team arrived right on time and worked diligently and carefully and I am absolutely delighted with the results.
