  • Creating a Garden Border using Granite Setts

    The job involved making a 5 metre granite sett border to replace a low box hedge around a garden bed. The bed borders a driveway and the setts needed to be strong enough to support an occasional car wheel, so Alex and Alan from All Green dug out and made an aggregate/concrete base before laying and pointing the setts. After first discussing it with Mark, the work began promptly 3 days later. The job was done carefully, efficiently and quickly, with no mess. The lines are all straight and the sett positions one one side align with existing setts on a short path. A good job!

    Mark and the lads did an amazing job. They completely transformed my garden which was just paving slabs. It now has raised beds full of beautiful greenery and plants and I have a seating area surrounded by terrace. They were always on time and finished the work very quickly. I would definitely recommend them. The garden exceeds my expectations. I look forward to sitting out there throughout the summer.
