    Came out to quote for us. Helped us to decide what might be necessary or not for insurance purposes. Advised us on what to change or add and gave us options that worked for us. Obtained parts for an unusual lock we wanted to keep. Turned up to all appointments on time. Cleaned up while fitting (including dust etc from cutting door for a new lock fitting).     I cannot thank Alan from All Locked Out enough for all his help!! After I was scammed out of £1600 by a locksmith from a company called Trust 24/7 Locksmiths (locksmiths-ltd.co.uk), which is overseen by Fixtoon LTD, Alan was nice enough to come to my house in Ashford and replace the lock and fix the door, which was not shutting properly of free charge, purely as a gesture of good will. Alan is punctual, reliable, professional and his work is of the highest quality and standard. I cannot say enough good things about this man. He has re-newed my trust in locksmiths! Thank you, Alan!

    I called Alan to assist with a guest who had arrived for holiday with his bicycles locked on his roof rack, but had forgotten the key. Alan was helpful and informative from the start of the process. Fortunately, he was available to attend immediately, and within 30 mins, the job was completed, all at the agreed rate. I'm Alan Hocknell, trading as All Locked Out. 

I am a skilled 24 hour locksmith with over 15 years experience and I live in Tenterden, Kent, with my wife, daughter and our Jack Russell, Baxter.
Unlike many other locksmiths, I don’t charge a call out fee; instead I provide a clear price for the job to be done, with no surprises later.  

I am reliable, conscientious, fast, friendly and good value.

I work for private individuals, commercial clients, housing associations and letting agencies.  90% of jobs are completed in one visit as my van is always well stocked with a variety of insurance compliant BS3621 locks.

I work as non-destructively as possible (ie: picking locks rather than drilling) and I reach most customers within 30 minutes of their call, and often much quicker!
