  I was very happy with the work carried out by Allied Trade Plumbing and would happily use them again for other plumbing work. The internal workings on two toilets needed replaced. One turned out to be more problematic than originally thought. The work carried out was to a high standard and left tidy afterwards.

  Great communication and answered my query quickly. Graham visited and explored all options. Although he couldn’t fix the issue this was out of his control as no access was available from another property. He did eliminate what it may have been. He was helpful, friendly and informative. Great to get service that you feel looked after and they are doing the best for you.

• Quick and efficient job fixing a leak

  We had a water leak coming from our pipes, leaking into the flat right below us. Allied Trade offered a quick appointment, initially for an assessment. However once on the premises, the plumber identified the faulty pipe and was able to fix it immediately because he had the parts in his van. So it ended being one single appointment for a very reasonable price! His work was quick, efficient, and professional. Likewise, the communication to set up the appointment and receive the invoice was fast, friendly, and very professional. I would certainly use their service again.

• Leaking bathroom

  At first the leakage we had in the flat was relating to the shower as water would leak downstairs when it was used but we couldn't pin point it exactly until the floorboards and everything had to be taken apart. It seems like the previous plumber we had a few years ago just didn't do a proper job with the toilet, pipes, water heater, and the waste pipe- that was the main cause as it going from the shower and over-flooded the sink waste pipe. I mean it took a few jobs before we got there but overall, service was very welcoming. Would recommend for minor jobs, emergencies and efficiency.
