  Tim and his team were excellent. Everything was planned out meticulously in advance with all necessary surveying and planning permissions handled by them. The actual removal of the wall was done in the fastest possible time by a large crew of competent and courteous builders. All the finishing was done to a very high standard and the whole job was completed inside of two weeks, with us able to use the room again after just a few days. Very happy overall.

  Tim tiled our garden room floor, it looks amazing. The job took a while due to the floor needing loads of levelling but we knew this at the start of the job and he was able to pop in almost daily to do another layer. He is now our go to builder as he and his team are honest, courteous, hardworking and always do an outstanding job. He also arranged for his plasterers to finish the ceiling with insulating board and a nice smooth plaster finish. Highly recommended for small and large projects.

  Tim managed the project well. He comes with a relaxed attitude which can be a good thing or a bit unnerving. He kept everything moving forward including the various additional services including rubbish collection. He communicates frequently which means you are not guessing. We needed to keep on top of questions, decisions and differences of opinion to get the project to where we wanted it.

• Worth the wait!

  We chose Tim, in major part, because of his high ratings on Checkatrade. BUT, just as important because of his vision and ability to reimagine and remodel what was a hotchpoch of toilet, walk-in-shower, utility and underused storage space on the ground floor of our townhouse. Result: we now have a well designed and good to live with Magnet kitchen and utility area, with the all important downstairs loo. Tim’s project management skills also deserve a special mention. We can’t sing his praises highly enough, just show a little patience, he’s worth the wait.
