Following a bad experience with the company that supplied her new washing machine my 87 year old mum who is in poor health was stuck with a new machine that had not been installed . James was very professional , courteous and very understanding of the situation . He visited twice and the last being at short notice on Xmas eve. I would like to personally thank James and Alloy plumbing regarding the situation and the support they gave seeing that it was stressing my mum. Nice to see there are still good people in the world
