    Jason kept in touch in the lead up to the appointment and arrived on time. He identified the problems with our aerial and the splitter, replaced relevant parts and checked that all terrestrial channels were working properly before leaving one very satisfied customer. An end to horrendous pixellation that had been getting worse for months. Thank you Jason. A brilliant job by a great guy.

    If I could rate higher than 10/10 I would.. I have used Alpine Aerials multiple times in the past and continue to recommend them. The LNB on my dish (thing on the end of the arm) had physically broken (went end of life), I fitted a new one myself, but knocked the dish when doing so, meaning it wasn't pointing at the right satellite, and try as I did, I couldn't find the right one so my freesat box just wouldnt work. Jason and his colleague came out really quickly, with the right equipment, and got the dish facing the right way.. Perfect timing for Christmas telly! Thanks Jason!
