    We have used Alpine Property Services for several jobs, and they have always been fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend them. They give a professional quote which is reasonably priced and accurate. Jim is great at communicating and very responsive. The work was of a high quality, and care was taken to protect our other rooms and furniture from dust/damage. Very knowledgable in many areas and provides multiple options if needed.

    We’ve had Jim round again to do multiple jobs around our bungalow as always extremely pleased with the whole experience and the quality of work. Always happy in his work and courteous and keeps us informed of what’s going on all of the time and he never goes above the price quoted. And we certainly have no problem with recommending help on property services and Jim to others, and we do all of the time.

  • Damp Problem

    James helped us to uncover a widespread damp problem in a lean-to sun-room .His expertise in such issues was immediately evident and he worked hard to expose the full extent of the problem.He then removed a lot of debris from the site to his skip whilst taking care not to damage the abundant flower beds. At this stage we are in the process of claiming on the insurance policy and further work will have to await their own inspection report. I would be happy to tecommend James and his company for the wide range of services they offer.

All work is completed to an exceptionally high standard as well as aiming to keep on budget and within the agreed time frame.
