Damp Surveys & Investigations

Alpine Surveys undertake Damp & Moisture Ingress Surveys (including Homebuyers Surveys), and Timber Deterioration Surveys and we are independent of all damp-proofing contractors, therefore we have no financial interest in rectification works. We are recommended by numerous companies.

We are recognised for our level of detail whilst undertaking our surveys, and the detail found within our reports (examples of which can be found on our website www.alpinedamp.co.uk). We are specialists in proving the cause of water leaks into roofs and structures.

Our Surveyors carry the latest in survey technology, including Flir Thermal Imaging cameras specific to building investigations, the highest specification in moisture mapping equipment, and Hygrometers and Psychrometers. They carry unique inspection cameras and testing equipment for salts and water samples.

Aerial Drone Surveys & Filming

Alpine Surveys are professional aerial filming and surveying specialists covering the South of England. We are CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) approved, in order that we can undertake domestic, commercial and industrial surveys and filming legally and safely.

We are able to operate our drones to a height of 400 feet, thus allowing us to film almost all structures available. Combined with our decades of property and land surveying experience, we are the first choice for aerial filming and surveying of both properties and land, for assessment and marketing purposes.

Therefore if it is a property that needs marketing with a professional and appealing image, a roof that requires an inspection due to a structural or moisture ingress problem, a structure that requires high-definition filming for assessment purposes, or aerial thermography for heat loss purposes
