    Representative was punctual and professional on the day of the quote. He explained me implications and options for the service required. He sounded competent and polite. I later discovered how well qualified he was. On the day team arrived I was in my school run. They completed their job in less than an hour. It was impressive to see everything done on my return. I asked few questions which were courteously answered and I surveyed my garden afterwards. I would call them again anytime. I gave 9 for courtesy only because I wrote to them (regarding TPO) a question which wasn’t replied.

    Visit from Andy very informative and knowledgeable. Availability within my preferred job time and very good price. The team turned up on time, they were friendly, polite and respectful of mine and my neighbour's property. Did a great job of crown reductions and general pruning / shaping of all overgrown garden shrubs. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely use Alpine again and absolutely recommend!

    We'd use Alpine again, definitely. We wanted our trees to be healthy and Alpine gave us confidence about which needed pruning, when, and by how much. They did all the liaison with the council for the correct permission. On the day, the team were very good communicators, they were courteous, professional and cleared up thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend Alpine Tree Surgeons as a reliable and expert local company.
