  Chris from Amtech was very polite and professional and identified the fault very quickly. It was an urgent request as we had no lights upstairs and Amtech were very responsive sending Chris out to us within an hour. I would definitely use Amtech again as they were very quick to come out and resolve the problem and their rates are very competitive.
