  • New shower pump & leak

    We needed a new pump on an existing shower. Andy fitted the new pump quickly and to quote. We then had a burst pipe, which was caused by a new boiler being fitted by another company, Andy was able to come and fix this very quickly and efficiently. We will defiantly us him again.

    Had intermittent clanging of pipes and a leakage on a tap. Andy arrived on time, explained what he was doing, and showed me how to turn things off, should I need to know in future, which was very helpful. I've used Andy's services before, very helpful and reliable, would recommend him to anyone.

    Called for a quote to install water conditioner, to my surprise was told that he would come out the same day in the afternoon. Sent over photos and installation instructions, did not arrive at estimated time, did not receive a call or message to say he was not coming. Called for an update, was told that he would come the next day at lunch time instead. Did not come the next day at lunch time, did not respond to call or message for an update. Also did not receive a call or message to say he was not coming. I don't have the time or luxury of being able to wait for tradespeople to not show up.

I have 15 years experience and served a 4 year apprenticeship as an Advanced Craft Plumber.

I am gas safe and a registered installer with a leading manufacturer of Unvented Hot Water Cylinders whose up to date knowledge of systems and new practices enable me to make sure works carried out in your home are safe and installed correctly.

I pride myself on being very particular. I would rather spend an extra hour to make sure the job is 100% and done to your total satisfaction.

I believe punctuality, tidiness and good communication is very important and I will always treat your home with the utmost respect.

I have a great passion for what I do and will try to always give the best options and ideas that suit you.
