    Cassian and the team did a great job with our extension. The whole process, from initial discussions to finalising the work went very smoothly. Cassian was very responsive, answering questions or requests very promptly and efficiently. Furthermore, all the team were very polite and friendly from day 1, which we found very re-assuring. We are really pleased with the end result and would certainly recommend Cassian and the team at Angus Ellis Building Services to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

    Pleasant and easy to deal with; good communication; clear, detailed quote provided; honest and straightforward; gave excellent advice; punctual and hardworking; very good workmanship. The work involved installing new oak kitchen worktops, and refurbishing the kitchen; electrical works; redecoration of the entire flat inside and out; refurbishing the bathroom. It was all carried out to a high level of workmanship, on time and in budget. I also asked Angus Ellis to repair fences at another property which again they carried out very professionally. Would definitely use Angus Ellis again.

Our craftsmen and specialists are qualified to provide certification of their relevant installations,obtaining the necessary approvals and completion certificates from the local authority.

Great care is taken from the conception to the onset of the work. During the process of the works, our site agents work closely with our clients to take instruction and accommodate changes, so that minimal inconvenience and disruption occurs. As the works may take some time, lasting weeks or months, we work closely to alleviate concerns so that our clients feel confident of the working relationship.

We like to provide a professional approach to achieve cost effective construction, and where appropriate, design. We use materials and workmanship of the highest specification to meet the site resuirements. Careful programming, prior to works commencing, is carried out so that the works run smoothly to an achievable timetable.

Upon completion, the works are left clean and tidy with all the necessary approvals from the various statutory bodies
