He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and after consulting Dimplex Support was able to tell us what was wrong, the replacement part needed and cost. He returned a couple of days later as promised and fitted the part and set up the system which now functions perfectly. We had a phone call from the company a couple of days later to check all was well. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of Apollo and would recommend them without hesitation.

He was quick to arrive, polite, and fixed the problem really quickly. Wish I'd called him sooner rather than a plumber who fitted a whole new shower before realising the shower was not the issue - then having to put my old shower back!
