• French door brickwork and drains

  Mark via Applegarth Building services was recommenders to us. An initial site visit was made to access full works required then agree costs. From first contact to end of workmanship every time date given was maintained impeccably, workmanship of the brickwork is of a standard over and beyond our expectations, the original area has been preserved incredibly almost untouched. The drain work to allow for movement of pipes is of the same high standard. Area cleaned rubbish removed job finished to high specification. We are truly grateful to Mark and his team for service above and beyond . Thankyou

• Kitchen Renovation

  Large window bricked up, another window replaced, new back door installed, new floor joists put in, new kitchen fitted and full room skim. Friendly and very reassuring throughout, especially when running into unexpected problems, always checking in to ensure things were done as we’d like. Old kitchen, rubbish/rubble and packaging from new kitchen removed on work completion. Very happy with the work and the price quoted. Would highly recommend and will be requesting work from Mark again in the future. Thank you!

  Quoted 2 to 3 days work. Took 2. Both lads very friendly, punctual and good communication up and including the point of work being complete. Tidied up after themselves at the end of each day (bonus). Will be coming back to do other parts of a very large job when we're ready but very happy with the quality of the works done so far. Most beautiful staircase in place and we're really pleased with it.

  Mark did an excellent job and the quality of workmanship was first class. We came across unforeseen problems with the floors and walls but he sorted these out calmly and efficiently. His quote for the work was extremely reasonable, there were no hidden extras and the final cost came in on target. Mark and his tradesmen were friendly, efficient and tidied up thoroughly at the end of the job ready for the decorator. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Applegarth Building Services to any potential customers and we have already booked him for more work next year.
