  Happy to strongly recommend - everything went as close to the to the schedule as rain allowed, and Micky Stevens always kept me fully informed about timings for everything, including the skips going, the scaffolding etc. He was very good consulting about various choices - e.G. Tiles to select (he brought different samples round for me), ridge tile choices, chimney repair options etc. And Aqua were fastidious about clearing up - my attic looks cleaner than it has for 20 years or more. Overall, excellent service at a sensible price.

  It was a pleasure dealing with Micky from start to finish. I am not surprised at all that he is receiving these great reviews. He was prompt from the beginning, providing the quote and responding and coming here on the day to do the job, finishing promptly by explaining what he would do and how. I have some more issues on the roof for which I will call Micky again. I have not yet been able to test the gutters as it has hardly rained since the replacement. But considering Micky's professionalism I am sure they will not let a drop of rain come through.

  Prompt appointment for quote, written quote provided, appointment arranged and attended, work done and outcome explained. Replaced and added more clips to gutter on loft extension, so high up work. Invoice sent. All very courteous and professional. Expensive but no scaffolding used, which would have cost more and taken longer.

• Lead flashing was replaced and a crack in our car iron guttering mended.

  Mickey came quickly regarding our leak which was rapidly getting worse in our lounge. We had a crack in our car iron guttering. He quickly assessed the lead flashing needed replacing, and he said he could patch the guttering for now as we couldn't do both the week before Christmas. He came a few days later. We have used him before, and, being female, I can't express how comfortable I feel around him and his team. They are respectful and kind... the kind of people you mind sharing dinner with! The quote and invoice are always what was expected, and the work carried out is always exceptional
