Alan has come up with some great ideas and in this case he faced our tired old newel posts with oak, covered gloss areas with an oak veneer and replaced the spindles with glass panels. The end effect looks like a custom built oak and glass staircase. Very impressed as always.

All work carried with thought - our house is 200 years old and Billy made doorframes and frames to match old existing ones. Even as plans changed, they adapted and never seemed annoyed at the changes, in fact they often suggested them. Would highly recommend.

Hello and welcome to A.R.C Property Maintenance & Home Improvements. A.R.C have been trading under the name of A.R.C since 2005 but I, Alan Sheehan have been working in the building trade since 1987.
In that time I have gone from landscape gardening to refurbs, kitchens to bathrooms and have also covered insurance work since 2001. The list goes on, so if you can't see it on the list then please do call as I may cover the work you wish to be carried out.
Also, if I don't cover the work then 99% of the time I can recommend alternative tradesmen I use all the time. As you can see from my feedback I always do my best to satisfy my customers 100% and always leave the property cleaned through out.
I also cover an extensive area so if I am outside of your area then once again please call as we do travel.
