• Work on roof and chimney

  We have used Arrow before, and I was expecting a great job. I was not disappointed. They are very professional and work fast and thoroughly. They gave me a realistic assessment of the problem (which was smaller than I thought it would be) and did the work without any fuss a few days later. Basically I needed some minor repairs to the roof to stop leaks and a chimney to be waterproofed with cracks sealed. They also cleared the moss which had built up over a rainy winter. All now sorted. Thanks Andrew!

  Jamie and Andrew are masters of roofing and related repairs. They are always on time, courteous and do a good job. They replaced a large flat roof nearly a decade and a half ago. I have not considered any other roofing service since.

• A pesky internal damp wall

  We've got a pesky damp patch on a downstairs wall after we'd had all the external walls filled and decorated. We assumed it was a leaking chimney as there was nothing else it could be. Andy was super helpful and having viewed the house explained it was contaminated internal plaster and not an external damp problem. What an honest assessment that makes sense. So thank you so much Andy even though it means we didn't give you any work. Next time :-)

• Fixing leaks in roof

  I would highly recommend Andy and team at Arrow roofing. We have called on Arrow roofing twice since moving into our new home to fix leaks on the roof requiring fixes to firewalls and window areas as well as removing debris from gutterings and gulleys. On both occasions the quote received was really competitive and no hidden extras. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard. I was shown photos of the issues before work commenced, and photos on completion. Andy and team are so efficient, they're timely and very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again.

• Flat Roof

  The guys turned up promptly this morning to look at my flat roof that had a small amount of leakage during the big storm with gales that we had on new years eve. They explained that sometimes water can get under roofs when the wind is strong and blowing in the right direction and in fairness there has been no more water ingress since then and it has been raining pretty much everyday - so it is one to keep an eye on. Thanks for the honesty chaps and being very polite. I did feel a bit guilty but you were very understanding.
