9.75Verified ReviewBen is very knowledgeable and experienced in his trade, having been in the business for over a decade. His main team, Ben and Tom did the majority of the works in the house and they were both very professional, friendly, and generally lovely guys; even checking with the neighbours about noise. Our neighbours appreciated their politeness and passed on compliments. All other more specific tradesmen in his team were also great and swift. Overall, the work was completed to a very high standard, the carpentry was excellent too. This being our first builder experience, we'd happily use them again.

9.25Verified ReviewThe main installer Tom was excellent. His installation skills were very professional. He problem solved, gave advice and made sure everything fitted perfectly. He arrived early and often left late. Communication with Ben ( the owner) was clear, helpful and punctual. The company sent other workers when necessary - plasterer and electrician - who were also very good. They ordered materials and had excellent resources to use. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
