    We'd had a bad experience with a previous double glazing company so were very wary when we approached Associated Windows with a fairly sizeable double glazing job. But we needn't of worried because they were brilliant from the start. Helpful, friendly and honest. Our windows were expertly fitted and they came back later to replace a damaged latch. We didn't have to remind them. Our windows look terrific and I would happily recommend them to anyone

    Work carried out on 27-28th Sept 2023. On the first day only one mas was able to ome, he worked hard and fat 7 fitted 3 new windows. On the second day 3 men ccame promptly at 8.A.M and worked hard and fast aall day, I left them to it about 10.30. A all other windows were out and nothing I could do. I retuned about 2.P.M and work by then nearly completed. By 4. Pm all work completed, all rubbish cleared up, as much furniture as possible replaced and curtains rehung, all of which was a great help to me as I am elderly. As far as I can see an excellent job done.

    From the start of the process, all Associated Windows staff were polite and willing to assist. Even though I was purchasing a door and a couple of windows, the initial visit was helpful and not rushed (this was my experience with other suppliers). The fitters were courteous and polite and did an excellent job. I also got a follow up call to check I was happy with the installation
