  Mike made us a priority when he heard we had raw sewage coming into our kitchen sink. He was very efficient and found out and sorted it out temporarily for us. We would definitely recommend Assured Drainage and will be using them again for the major repair after we get the go ahead from our insurance company.

  Alex offered to come and have a look at our drain earlier then I have expected. Clean the drain , checked it with the camera . He was very nice , polite and efficient. Im so pleased with his work. Thank you Alex. Will call him again . Jana

  August 2023 - Outstanding service, both in terms of customer experience and workmanship, I could not fault any of the experience from booking to completion. Apologies I did not get the gentleman's name, but he was super helpful and very tidy, clearing and removing all old debris, he discovered a cross lintel was fractured but rather than leave he removed, then replaced and rebuilt the brick work to take a slighter larger cast iron cover. A professional job finished to the highest standards, I fully endorse their workmanship and would definitely use again.

  Assure Drainage were recommended to me by the Plumbing Company we use for managing our heating system and a pleasant chap attended the next morning (Alex). He gave a useful 30 min advance ETA phone call. He successfully unblocked our sink without needing to replace any parts, and sped up the drainage another downstairs handbasin) whose pipes were inaccessible due to fixed pedestal) with a vaccum machine which successful hoovered the build up material via the plughole. As both sinks drain so well now, I think I'm going to book them every 2 or 3 years for a cleanout of the pipes.
