Investigating loss of satellite signal
10Verified ReviewPaul came at very short notice as we had lost Sky due to no satellite connection. I thought it was just aerial alignment. He immediately identified several possible problems with our Sky equipment and recommended that we contact Sky as they would make repairs free of charge. Could not have been more helpful and honest.

While job transpired to be relativley straight forward, Paul not only swiftly got us sorted, he did so in friendly and professional manner (while not making us feel like idiots - not easy!).
