The team showed up on time, completed the work and were very pleasant. I am very pleased with the new floor in my ground floor room. Ben followed up with his staff through the process and with me. Ben and the Team are very reliable and trustworthy, I would highly recommend them.

They completed the work on time and on budget- they discovered that additional work was needed during the process, honoured the original quote and still finished on time. They were flexible, starting the work with short notice and fitting us in around other bookings. They were friendly and trustworthy and we felt comfortable to leave keys with them. At the end of the job, Ben provided a decorating guide with advice on how to decorate treated walls and recommended a carpenter and decorator for follow up work.

They work very efficiently without sacrificing quality and while I left the property while work was being carried out, Ben checked in each evening out of courtesy to explain what they’d done and if I had any concerns and the same once work was completed. 5Verified ReviewVery disappointed with the work, investigation did not last even 10 minutes. Never bothered answering the calls from the customers. And the report was totally unrelated. What is the point of doing survey when we do not get any solutions of the problem, whom shall we trust if the company work like this.
