  Paul and Pat made a huge impact straight away and our partition wall was down after day 2. They worked with us to create exactly what we asked for, even from the initial meeting recommending a kitchen company and plasterer. They fitted our kitchen and made other structural changes with minimal time and mess. Would highly recommend and will use Paul for future work as it’s required.

  Paul did an amazing job gutting and replacing the bathroom from floor to ceiling, including carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrics, ventilation, replacing the suite and installing a game changing pocket door (sliding door system). The results were stunning. Paul was on time, on budget and his experience, knowledge and attention the detail were so visible in his work. All round top bloke. It was a pleasure to have him round doing the work and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend him.

  Paul and Pat were excellent. Their workmanship was excellent quality. They went above and beyond to put in extra finishing touches that we hadn’t even thought about. They were here when they said they would be and always left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. This is the second house we have used Averill Home Improvements to help refurbish and highly recommend them.

  Paul and Pat did a brilliant job of refitting my bathroom as well as constructing a new en-suite in the master bedroom. In the initial meetings Paul grasped my ideas (which were only initially in my head) for the en-suite and made helpful suggestions to make the designs work. He was happy to add bits in and tweak plans as the need arose. In all the work took just over 3 weeks. They were both great at updating me during the work on what they were doing and asking me to confirm the details of how I wanted things. They are both lovely people to deal with.
