    I called them on a bank holiday and they arranged to come the next day to look at my broken garage door. When they arrived, they assesed it and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. Service, communication and pricing was all excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

    Went out to cut the grass as home is up for sale and as i opened the garage door , cable snapped ,roller came out and left half hanging out at a precarious angle . Managed to wrestle it back in to place and lock it and it wasn't even a Monday . Got messed about by another company and cancelled with them and got on to these excellent peeps .Punctual ,efficient and knowledgeable for an excellent price, got them to do my dads electric garage door a few weeks later with the same excellent service . Highly recommend this company for all of your garage door needs . Many thanks to the whole team :)

  • My garage up and over door cable broke which made it impossible to move things in and out.

    One of the garage door cables broke on our up and over door which prevented access.. Because of our medical needs we needed access to a wheeelchair. Also our home delivery of groceries was due the next day as well as bin collections etc which came through the garage. I rang AW and was told that someone would contact me the next morning. An engineer rang me at 11.00 the next day to say that he was 5 minutes away. It took him about 30 minutes to repair and upgrade the mechanism. He was was very friendly and polite and gave me sensible advice on future maintenance. I am very impressed.

    Couldn't open garage door. AW came and provided quote for replacement of broken latches or install electric opener. Went for electric option. Installed without any problems plus dealings with Chloe and her team first class. That makes a big difference to me as a customer. FYI.. another company quoted without even seeing the fault and another wanted £135 just to open the door before quoting. Be upfront honest and communicate...should win every time.
