  Steve’s work ethic is outstanding, always turning up on time no matter what the weather conditions were, always with a smile on his face and guiding us through the experience with sound advice and suggestions. It was a pleasure to have him around. Steve takes great pride in his work and only subcontracts to tradesmen who have the same attitude to their work: plasterer, carpenters, electricians, etc. All carried out the work to a very high standard. It has been such a pleasure knowing Steve, an honest, trustworthy and thoroughly decent human being. Thank you Steve, so happy with our extension

  As this was the first time we required any building work done, we were not 100% sure on what needed to be considered. Steve talked us through the process and made us feel completely at ease. Steve and Ceri were there every day without fail and always available to answer any questions. Everyone Steve had on hand were all friendly, helpful and exceptional at their profession, completing all work to a very high Standard. We can’t thank them enough for steering us through our first project and if anyone is looking to get some building work done, then I would highly recommend Award Building.

  Its the second time for us to use award building, and just as expected they completed the job on time , they finished everything that was planned and the price was kept to what was quoted. I would always contact Steve and Ceri first if I ever had a building job to do , they are so reliable, trustworthy , I recommend them to all of my friends and family if they are looking for a building job to be done ,we love the finished result. I also just wanted to say how clean and tidy they are , there is no mess left, and they are such lovelly guys. I really really can not recommend them enough.

  Award building took over our project in august after original builder let us down and disappeared early into the project . We cannot recommend this company enough Steve and ceri are fab guys and were very professional ,punctual and basically worked so hard to get our extension completed we are over the moon with our new room every tradesman they used plasterers ,carpenters , window fitters etc were exceptional and their work is to a very high standard .

  Steve was great to work with and we're really happy with the result. We had a surveyor's specification for an extension but kept thinking of other things we'd like - Steve accommodated everything we needed, making suggestions along the way which always improved the result. And when specialist trades had to be pulled in, he seemed to have equally good reliable contacts to call on. Steve and Award were recommended to us by our surveyor. I'm glad he did, and am happy to pass on the recommendation. If you can get him, get him.
