  Jason was fantastic to work with. He came exactly when he said he would, kept us up to date and was considerate when we were working from home. The original quote was really competitive but he also advised part way through the job that some of the issues we’d had had improved so we didn’t need to go ahead with the full amount of work we’d discussed and reduced the rate accordingly. We are hoping we don’t have any further issues but if we do we would definitely contact Jason and would have no hesitation recommending.

  6 months into a 20 year guarantee from this company, dry rot has returned and spread. Recent attempts at remediation have proved to be sub standard; unfinished work, use of incorrect materials, made/left a mess, poor communication...the list goes on. We are now unfortunately unable to use the room due to the dangerous and unsatisfactory way the floorboards were re-laid whilst also being left with a hole in the ceiling in the room below that they made and subsequently refuse to take responsibility for. I would urge caution in dealing with this company, they have proven to be found wanting.
