  Mr Bevis Archer contacted me right after I posted the job on checkatrade, and arranged to come to my house to have a look in 30 minutes after that. Very professional and quickly sent me a quote via email. He managed to come a week after that to have the roof fixed in within a couple of hours even though he is very busy with other projects. I highly recommend BA company and would definitely ask him to do other projects for me in the future. Thanks a lot Mr Archer.

  I hired a roof repair worker, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Bevis not only failed to complete the job to an acceptable standard but also displayed a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility when it came to addressing the issues. From the outset, it was evident that the work was not up to par. Despite my attempts to communicate the problems and request a resolution, Bevis proved unresponsive and uncooperative. Multiple attempts to contact him have been made with silence. You should be ashamed of yourself.

  Very knowledgeable and instantly knew the sort of issues with our age of property (25yrs) that had caused the issues. Had all the right tools for access and fixing it - provided a clear quote with a fair price. Ensured birds cannot get into the area again by cementing the likely area of access. Not been at home during really heavy rain since the repair but am very confident all is now well. A very friendly and approachable roofer who is highly recomended.
