9.75Verified ReviewAfter 2 rescheduled apps came out on a Bank Holiday morning to complete the 1st fix app, Harry was punctual, polite, friendly and professional and made suggestions that saved us time and money. Of the back of this we asked BN electrical to do some additional work when he came for the 2nd fix app.

I accepted the price and was informed of the date and time they could do, on the day they called to ask if they could arrive a bit earlier which was fine. I was kept informed via email and text. Harry arrived, was friendly and did the job promptly and was tidy. An excellent service in fact we have asked them to quote for another job.
