• New door fitting

  Paul was really knowledgeable and responsive. He organised a prompt installation of our new front door despite some last minute changes which were handled without fuss. Tomas who installed the door was also brilliant-competent, no fuss, good explanations of what he was doing. Would strongly recommend!

• Replacement door

  I required a reduced height door for a cellar and this didn't deter Paul. A survey was conduced within a few days of my enquiry. This wouldn't be a standard door and he made the effort to come up with a solution. The time quoted for manufacture was meet and works carried out on the agreed date. Tomas the installer was polite and completed a good installation.

• Lowering of bedroom window and fitting of new large window and ensuite window.

  On a boiling hot day with difficult access to upper floors, Tomasz and Conner worked really hard and good humouredly to knock out the masonry below the existing bedroom window, and then to install the new units. As well as the above, 2 blown units were replaced in the utility room and new panels made to replace the plastic panels (including an obsolete dog flap) in the dining room doors to the decking. All works complete to a high standard - thank you to Paul and his team.

• Replaced all single glazed windows plus new doors

  We had all of our single glazing windows replaced and a new front door, back door, and French windows installed. The customer service from Paul was exceptional, clear communication, personalised, and friendly. He advised us on all the latest technology and cost effectiveness of each decision. The installation was done by Thomas, who was professional and efficient. There were a few teething problems, as you would expect with such a large job, but every time we alerted them to an issue, they came straight back to address the issue. I would highly recommend using this company.
