We got the gas safe certificate as well as boiler guarantee on the day he completed his work, so there was no waiting or follow up required. We noticed a small leak in one of the pipes, messaged him at night around 10:30 and he responded within minutes. He came at 9 am the very next day and fixed the leak in no time. We are really impressed by his professionalism and his workmanship. Would be 100% happy to recommend him.
