10Verified ReviewAll help was given over the phone and the person I dealt with was EXTREMELY HELPFUL My problem was the batteries were dead Paul managed to find probably online a way for me to open the safe using an over ride code so that I could change the batteries and he did all of that with NO CHARGE I was very impressed that he went out of his way to be so helpful
