    Paul and Emma quite simply transformed our house. Ripped up and disposed of our old carpets, replaced skirting boards, fitted the sound insulation underlay we requested and then the much-discussed cork tiles. It looks and feels amazing, we keep marvelling at how beautifully they completed the work, how quickly and so neat. Paul gave me lots of advice beforehand, he and Emma know their stuff about all things flooring and we are thrilled with the result. Also very tidy and efficient, and just very pleasant people to deal with. Would definitely use this company again!

  • Amtico flooring fitted in living room

    Paul and his partner did a great job in supplying and fitting Amtico flooring in my living room. They were polite, helpful and tidy… and even my dog liked them (and he hates everyone). Paul also fixed my garage door unprompted. Overall a great experience, I’m delighted with my new floor and I would recommend to anyone else looking to fit Amtico… or needing help with a garage door.

    Paul did a fantastic job for us in our hallway and living room. We had carpet lifted, removed and disposed. The concrete floor was levelled and then LVT flooring fitted throughout. The workmanship is top quality with a lovely finish. Paul and Emma were professional, friendly, polite, courteous, tidy and punctual. Despite having to level the floor, which wasn't expected/planned, they worked incredibly hard to complete the work in the original timescale. Therefore avoiding any disruption to our or their schedules! I would highly recommend their services and we will have them back for future work!

We offer a free no obligation estimate service, and have over 2000 samples to choose from in the comfort of your own home. Appointments can be made at a time and date to suit you.

We undertake all aspects of floor preparation including uplifting and disposing of existing floors, hard boarding, plywood and screeding of sub floors. We can also move furniture and stain guard your new carpets.

Our prices are highly competitive against both large and small retail outlets, with no hidden surcharges.

Barnard Flooring Ltd are completely committed to reducing our own Carbon footprint as such we have now switched our carpet underlays to Springbond which is 85% recycled plastic bottles and 15% 1 use plastics, it comes in 9mm and 11mm qualities. It also has the highest noise reducing properties of any underlay on the market. We also use Tredaire 11mm Sapphire PU underlay which contains recycled foams for the ultimate in luxury, comfort and durability.
