  This was the third time that Gavin has carried work out for us, this time to replace several older style radiators. On each occasion his work has been neat, tidy and methodical and I have always been very pleased with the result. I would not hestitate to use him again the the future, highly recommended.

• Fitted new bathroom basin

  I asked Gavin to remove an old bathroom basin and fit a new basin, including taps and waste. The job was not straightforward as the basin had to be fitted beneath a line of splash-back tiles. The job completed by Gavin was excellent and I'm very happy with the result.

  I called Gavin on Friday and he arranged to come out first thing on monday morning. He was here on time, is very professional and quickly identified the problem. He got the required part that day and came back at 8am the next morning to finish the job. Very reliable and highly recommended.
